- 1 / 5By Tanya McDowellI called yesterday to put a Hatchimal on hold as they were expecting to have 16 in stock today. The lady took my name and said 3 were already reserved but I was now on the list to receive one of the 16. I was to call back today to member services to speak to Doug and see when they were arriving. Called around noon but they hadn't come in yet but confirmed I was still on the reserve list. Called back a few times after but didn't get an answer. Got a live person right around 3pm to be told there was only 1 left and it was on hold for someone else and that he didn't see my name on the list. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Very disappointed!May 15, 2017
