  I've been to this restaurant alot of times over the years and it's has gotten absolutely worse! The plates were dirty, the seats in the booths all had holes in the them, half the tables were dirty. The bathroom was completely disgusting and smelled terrible. All of the pizzas were all overcooked and hard. There were only 2 pizzas on the buffet. None of the specialty items that were advertised were available. Nothing tasted good. I was really disappointed and was shocked to see how downhill this place has gone. The people who operate this place seem to have very low standards and don't seem to care about any of these problems.

  We were never greeted when we walked in, not a huge factor just different from other cici's. As we cashed out the cashier shorted us $10. We weren't sure if that was intentional or a mistake but the cashier never apologized and acted like it was a normal occurance. Staff was not friendly.
  Many of the plates were dirty and the variety of selection was very limited.
  As we were siting down eating our lunch a cockroach blessed us with its appearance as it strolled across the wall.
